Shipping & Returns
We offer free shipping within the continental United States with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days; there is a $30 charge to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. If you'd like faster shipping, there are two options at checkout: Expedited (3-4 business days) for $35 and Overnight (1-2 business days) for $60.
While we would love to be in a position to offer international shipping, we do not currently ship beyond the US. If you live abroad and are interested in knowing when that changes, please contact us on email@example.com so that we can add you to our list for updates.
We have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and will offer a full refund if the product is in working condition; we do not refund the shipping cost unless there was an issue with the shipping (eg delayed delivery). Email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a prepaid return label. We process refunds within one week of receiving the product back; we will not provide a refund without receiving the product.
We also offer a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery and will repair or replace a faulty unit at no cost the first time around unless there is clear evidence that the product was mishandled. For any subsequent issues, particularly as they relate to our sizing recommendations, we cannot guarantee complimentary repairs or replacement parts.
We respond promptly to all customer inquiries on email@example.com. In the event that a customer opens a "chargeback" case via PayPal or Shopify, we cannot proceed with the return process until there is confirmation that the case is closed, which can take several weeks. For this reason, we highly encourage customers to contact us directly.
